Lahore campus is located on Defense Road off Raiwind Road Lahore and is about 25 minutes drive from the main city. The sprawling campus is purpose built and spreads over an area of 185 acres. It rightly serves as a center of excellence. |

The CIIT established the Abbottabad campus in July 2001, which became functional and the first academic session started on 3rd September 2001 at Tobe Camp on the land and buildings donated by the Pakistan Military Academy Kakul. |
