Welcome to this overview of the Department of Biosciences at the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Sahiwal. Your interest in our department is most welcome and very much appreciated. We offer educational and research experience in bioinformatics and Biosciences that is full of challenges and opportunities for undergraduate and post graduate students. The Department of Biosciences, CIIT, Sahiwal was established in early 2008. Recently we have launched BS- Biosciences and BS-Bioinformatics programs. but in future we are planning to introduce Biotechnology BS, MS as well as PhD programs. We have highly qualified and competent faculty in the department..
